4. Choose the right agent. What to look for:

• Sales history - How many sales has he/she had in the past year.
• Availability - Does this agent live and work in your area.
• Preparedness - Can your agent qualify a buyer?
• Knowledge - Can your agent properly advise as to your obligations as a vendor.
• Timeliness - Does your agent return calls quickly?
